1.1. Photopolymer plates of polyester base with a thickness of 0.76mm to 6.35mm with a large assortment of Shore hardness depending on the material to be printed on.

Photopolymer molds for flexographic printing with a thickness of 0.76, 1.14; 1.70; 2.54; 2.84; 3.94; 5.5; 6.35 mm are intended for printing on:
• HDPE, LDPE, PP and metallised foil;
• Aluminum foil for the dairy and pharmaceutical industry;
• polyamide sausage sleeves;
• multi-layer vacuum foils;
• packaging patch;
• textile strap for stamp labels;
• heat-shrinkable wine capsules;
• paper bags for flour and building materials;
• wrapping paper;
• tissues for napkins;
• woven polypropylene bags;
• "BigBag" containers;
• corrugated cardboard boxes and micro-pallets;

Suitable for printing are water and alcohol based inks. The plates are characterized by very high resistance to ozone and daylight, as well as for a very good transfer of ink to the sealed surface. The polyester liner on these plates allows very good contact with the patch and, therefore, easy installation even for small diameter cylinders. The hardness of the plates is 47 to 78 °A depending on the type and the series.

1.2. Polyester-based photopolymer plates and aluminum base for zoning
The effect of varnish applied with photopolymeric form is explained by the thicker layer of lacquer that is attributed, compared to the layer of varnish attributed by an offset plate.
Plates are characterized by very high resistance to ozone and daylight.

These forms are designed for high quality, multi-color printing on cosmetic products tubes.

1.4. Photopolymer plates of polyester and aluminum base for embossing.

These are photopolymer molds with very high mechanical strength, made of matrix and patric, and under pressure a permanent mechanical deformation of the desired material is achieved.

1.5. Photopolymer plates on steel base for pad printing.
These forms are designed for printing on finished industrial products: CD, polystyrene pots, lighters, chemicals, etc. These plates have a very high resolution and are used in multi-color printing.

1.6. Photopolymer plates on steel and aluminum base for hot stamping
These plates have high hardness and mechanical resistance at temperatures up to 160 ° C.

1.7. Cleaning of photopolymer clichés
After the end of the run and before being removed from the formed cylinder, the photopolymer molds must be cleaned of the ink residue. Untreated ink dries on the surface to form a thin film that can destroy the plaque.
Ethyl alcohol, Ethyl alcohol / Ethyl acetate, 80:20 or ready-made wash solutions available from distributors of consumables are used to clean. The cleaning is done with a soft brush.
After cleaning, the molds should be left in air until the solvents are completely dried and removed.

1.8. Storage of photopolymer clichés
The cleaned photopolymer must not be stored exposed under direct sunlight. Recommended in a cool and dry room, in a cardboard box or similar packaging.
If printed forms are stored mounted on a molded cylinder, they must be protected from the effects of ozone and sunlight. If the printed forms are stored on top of each other, they must be separated by a foil that prevents them from sticking and mechanical deformations.
